Option 2: As per option 1 plus the introduction of a new purpose-built coffee bar in the Oasis area situated to the north of the current L5 café. Estimated to cost an additional £65k on top of option 1 (£173k total).
Option 3: A total reimagining of L5 to revolutionise the customer experience, maximise sales, and futureproof the F&B offering for the next five years plus. Total cost of investment £575k.
